The hotel has a convenient location near the convention center, which was why I chose it. However, the overall experience was pretty disappointing due to outdated amenities and numerous maintenance issues. My stay included some frustrations with room conditions and service responsiveness, which made it hard to enjoy my time there.

The rooms were severely outdated and had issues like broken AC and non-functional lights. After switching rooms multiple times, I found them old and stained, which really made the experience unpleasant.
Service
5.0
The service was frustratingly slow and unresponsive. It was hard to get assistance, with multiple attempts to contact the front desk going unanswered, which added to my stress.
Location
6.0
The location was relatively close to the convention center, which was a plus, but it was noisy due to a nearby train track.
Dining

I appreciated the inexpensive breakfast options, but the overall dining experience was mediocre at best.
Facilities

The hotel facilities are lacking; they are in desperate need of renovations. The elevator system was particularly problematic during my stay.

My family opted to stay at this hotel due to its pool and closeness to a rowing event. While the location seemed promising, the room quality and overall service left a lot to be desired. We encountered multiple issues with the rooms and facilities that made our stay quite uncomfortable, leading us to feel that the hotel did not offer good value for the price we paid.

I had an overall mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the concert venue, which was really convenient for me. I was treated wonderfully by the staff, particularly Simone, who went out of her way to help me. However, the second hotel I stayed at was a nightmare; it was dirty, and I felt unsafe due to the surrounding environment. Pricing was reasonable, but the quality didn't match up at all in the second hotel.

Rooms
8.0
The first hotel's room was excellent, very clean, and spacious, while the second hotel’s room felt decrepit and poorly maintained.
Service
10.0
The service at the first hotel was outstanding, with Simone being exceptionally helpful, while in the second hotel it was non-existent.
Location

The first hotel was perfectly located, just a 3-minute walk to the concert venue, making it extremely convenient. The second hotel, however, was in a sketchy area I wouldn't recommend.

This hotel has some potential with friendly staff and a convenient location near the convention center, but the overall experience was marred by its outdated facilities and maintenance issues. While the cleaning staff did a solid job, I found myself facing numerous inconveniences that made my stay quite uncomfortable. Therefore, I would be cautious when recommending this place to others.
